About the Country
Japan is an archipelago country consisting of 6,852 islands in East Asia. The country extends from the Sea of Japan in the Pacific Ocean to the east of China, North Korea, South Korea and Russia, from the Sea of Okhotsk in the north to the East China Sea and Taiwan in the south. The kanji characters that make up the Japanese name mean "sun" and "origin". Therefore, Japan is also known as the "Land of the Rising Sun". The country is divided into 47 prefectures in eight regions. Most of the islands are mountainous and some consist of volcanoes. Mount Fuji, the highest mountain in Japan, is a volcano. With a population of 126 million, 98.5% of whom are Japanese, Japan is the eleventh most populous country in the world.
Visa Information
There is no visa requirement for Turkish citizens traveling to Japan.
All passengers must have a chip-enabled passport. Old dark blue chip passports are not accepted. For this tour, a passport valid for at least 6 months from the end of the tour is required. Passengers whose passports do not have this validity period may be denied boarding by the relevant airline. The passport police have the authority to deny entry to the country. In such a case, all responsibility lies with the passenger.

Our tour program is organized with a minimum participation condition. If sufficient participation is not achieved for the package tour, it may be cancelled 30 days before departure. Tours cancelled due to insufficient participation will be notified to you.
In cases where only category information is provided without specifying names in the tour program and/or options exist for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be announced by our agency 48 hours before the tour departure.
This price list and program remain valid until a new price list is issued and completely invalidate the previous one.
The prices in all our package programs are limited to quotas up to a minimum of 10 people; there may be a price increase for group sizes exceeding this number. Please inquire about pricing.
In cases where ordinary passports were issued more than 10 years ago, or other passport types more than 5 years ago, both parties acknowledge that the agency does not bear any liability due to its role as an operator and is not directly responsible like the primary offender. At all customs-controlled exits abroad, passengers must be present at the relevant port 3 hours before the tour departure time on the day of departure. Especially, guests arriving at ports or airports via domestic flights from other cities must adjust their flight times according to the required arrival time at the port. Due to this reason, any delay and/or inability to participate in the tour is the responsibility of the passenger, and Sora has no obligation to pay any compensation to the passenger. It is recommended that passengers personally complete their check-in procedures and seat selections on the airline's website 24 hours before the tour departure.
Sora acts as an intermediary between the airline and its passengers and is subject to the Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955. Flight times may change prior to departure. All flight times must be confirmed by the passenger 48 hours before the tour departure. Passengers purchase the tour knowing and accepting that flight details may change.
Triple rooms are subject to hotel availability, and in such rooms, the bed allocated to the third person is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of one large bed and one extra bed. Since extra beds are foldable or sofa beds, participants booking triple rooms (third person and/or children) are deemed to have accepted potential crowding and bed type issues in the room. Child discounts apply only to one child per age group staying in the same room with two adults. Due to the limited number of TWIN (two separate beds) rooms available in hotels, please verify your TWIN room request before making a reservation.
If children under 18 who are not considered legal adults participate in the tour without at least one parent, the necessary consent letters must be carried by the individuals throughout the entire travel period.
Panoramic city tours are 2-3 hour tours organized for city promotion and do not include entrance fees to museums or historical sites. They may be scheduled on different days, provided the content remains unchanged. Extra tours are conducted with a number of participants determined by the tour leader. If the number falls below this threshold, extra tours may be conducted with a price increase, and the dates may be changed by the tour leader according to the flow of the program. Tours may not take place depending on weather conditions. No visits or tours will be made to places where local authorities prohibit access for any reason. Sora cannot be held responsible for the inability to conduct these visits or tours.
Passengers must carry any health issues related to their participation in the tour, pregnancy status, medications they continuously use, and relevant medical reports regarding these medications.
Tour details, airport representative information, tour leader updates, and hotel notifications will be provided 48 hours before the tour departure.
A passport is an official document, and the passport police have the authority to deny entry to the country if it is damaged, stained, torn, or otherwise compromised in any way. In such a case, all responsibility lies with the passenger.

When exiting through Turkish border gates, regardless of citizenship (Turkish or foreign), all passport types require a minimum validity of 6 months from the date of travel, even if a valid visa is held. Our agency does not approve passports that do not meet this condition. Sora has no obligation to pay any compensation to passengers who are unable to participate in the tour due to having passports with less than 6 months of validity.
Guests who do not participate in the tours specified as included in the program are not eligible for any refund.

After our ticket, baggage, and passport procedures, we fly to Osaka on Turkish Airlines flight TK86 at 02:00. We land at Osaka Kansai Airport at 18:55 local time. After completing our passport and baggage procedures, we proceed to our hotel in Osaka with our vehicle. Following our transfer to the hotel, we complete check-in and settle into our rooms. Overnight stay at our hotel in Osaka.
After breakfast at our hotel, we depart from Osaka and arrive in Nara. First, we visit Todaiji Temple, one of Japan's largest wooden structures and famous for its colossal bronze Buddha statue. Right next to the temple, we encounter the friendly deer freely roaming in Nara Deer Park, feed them, and enjoy pleasant moments. After the free time given for lunch, we complete our visit to Nara and head to Kyoto. Upon arrival in Kyoto, we visit Fushimi Inari Shrine, famous for its thousands of red torii gates. Then, we go to Kinkakuji (Golden Pavilion Temple), which captivates with its magnificent structure covered in gold leaf. We take unique photos while watching the temple's reflection in the pond. After completing our tour, we are transferred to our hotel in Kyoto. We check in and settle into our rooms. Overnight stay at our hotel in Kyoto.
After breakfast at our hotel, we will visit the Arashiyama Bamboo Grove. In the forest, which features a 500-meter walking trail, you can enjoy a walk, listen to the sounds created by the wind passing through the bamboo, and feed wild monkeys. Next, we head to a kimono rental shop. After renting our kimonos, we experience Japan's traditional tea ceremony. Following free time for lunch, we visit Kiyomizu Temple, one of Kyoto's most iconic temples listed on the UNESCO World Heritage List. The temple offers numerous cherry blossom and maple trees that burst into colorful displays in spring and autumn, as well as beautiful views of distant Kyoto city. The main hall, built without nails alongside its stage, houses the temple's primary object of worship: a small statue of the eleven-faced, thousand-armed Kannon. After the temple tour, we will have free time to stroll along Ninenzaka and Sannenzaka streets, famous for their traditional wooden houses, souvenir shops, and historic atmosphere. Then, we will visit Gion, Kyoto's famous geisha district. During our visit to Gion, we will see places where Geiko (the name given to geishas in Kyoto) and Maiko (Geiko apprentices) entertain and shop, including restaurants, shops, and Ochaya (tea houses). After the program, we return to our hotel in the evening with free time. Overnight at our hotel in Kyoto.
After breakfast at our hotel, we complete check-out procedures and transfer to Kyoto Station for our journey on the Shinkansen, the world's first high-speed train. After a pleasant 2.5-hour ride, we arrive at Odawara Station. Then, we set off towards Hakone town. Here, we take a boat tour on Lake Ashi aboard a pirate ship. On clear days, we enjoy magnificent views of Mount Fuji from across the lake. Following lunch and free time, we take a one-way trip on the Hakone Ropeway, observing the region's stunning natural scenery from above. Afterwards, we proceed to Owakudani Valley. In this valley, famous for its volcanic steam vents and hot springs, we make a brief exploration. At the end of our tour, after transferring back to our hotel in Tokyo, we complete check-in and settle into our rooms. Overnight stay at our hotel in Tokyo.
Note: Large suitcases collected this morning will be transferred via cargo to our hotel in Tokyo and will reach us the following day. Therefore, we must carry only essential items for tonight in a small bag.
After breakfast at our hotel, we head towards the Kisarazu area, approximately 1.5 hours from Tokyo by car. Upon arrival, we proceed to Mitsui Outlet Park Kisarazu, one of Japan's largest outlet centers. Here, we have free time for shopping in stores offering a wide range of products from world-renowned brands. After free time for lunch, we return to Tokyo and move to Ginza, one of the city's most exclusive shopping districts. In Ginza, known for its luxury boutiques, stylish streets, and modern atmosphere, we will have free time for shopping and exploration. Following the program, we return to our hotel in the evening with free time thereafter. Overnight stay at our hotel in Tokyo.
Arrival at Istanbul Airport at 05:40 local time and the end of our tour. We say goodbye, looking forward to meeting again on our next enjoyable trip.
After breakfast at our hotel, we begin our tour with a visit to Osaka Castle, one of the city's most important historical landmarks. During our walk around the castle grounds, we will have the opportunity to photograph this impressive structure and learn about Osaka's history. Next, we allow free time at Kuromon Ichiba Market, one of Osaka's most popular markets, where we can experience Osaka cuisine with fresh seafood, street foods, and local snacks. After free time for lunch, we proceed to Dotonbori and Shinsaibashi, two of Osaka's liveliest and most vibrant areas. With its bright signs, shopping streets, and energetic atmosphere, this district is one of the key points reflecting the city's modern character. The day concludes with a return to the hotel and free time. Overnight stay at our hotel in Osaka.
After breakfast at our hotel, we begin the Tokyo Tour. Our first stop will be Asakusa Temple, also known as Senso-Ji Temple, one of Tokyo's oldest and most colorful temples, which is a Buddhist temple. Also known as Santa-jama (Temple of the Three Gods), this temple attracts significant interest from both tourists and locals. Built in 1649, the temple is among the rare structures that managed to survive despite the bombings in the final years of World War II. Additionally, we will have the opportunity to visit Nakamise Shopping Street, famous for its traditional shops and souvenir stalls surrounding the temple. Then, we move on to Akihabara, renowned for its electronics stores, anime culture, and pop culture shops. Here, we will experience the vibrant atmosphere of the area. After the free time given for lunch, we will enjoy an impressive art journey at TeamLab Planets Digital Art Museum, where digital art experiences showcase a unique harmony of light, water, and sound. Continuing our tour, we head to Odaiba, a modern entertainment and shopping district located over Tokyo Bay. We spend free time in one of Tokyo's most enjoyable areas, known for its futuristic architecture, shopping malls, and seaside views. At the end of our tour, we return to our hotel in Tokyo. After breakfast at our hotel, we continue to the Tokyo Tour. Our first stop is Meiji Shrine, offering a peaceful break in the heart of Tokyo. Dedicated to the spirits of Emperor Meiji and Empress Shōken, this Shinto shrine is one of the city's most sacred sites, known for its vast forested area and mystical atmosphere. Next, we visit Harajuku, the heart of youth culture and street fashion, and the famous Omotesando Avenue. Known for its colorful boutiques, concept cafes, and energetic vibe, this avenue reflects Tokyo's modern and dynamic side. After free time for lunch, we proceed to Shibuya Crossing (Shibuya Scramble Crossing), one of the iconic images associated with Tokyo. After a photo stop at one of the world's busiest pedestrian crossings, we visit Shinjuku, famous for its entertainment, restaurants, and neon lights. In Kabukicho, one of Tokyo's liveliest and most colorful districts, we take a short walk to experience the area's atmosphere. At the time set by our guide, we transfer to Haneda Airport via our private vehicle. Upon arrival at the airport and after baggage and passport procedures, we depart from Japan on Turkish Airlines flight TK199 at 22:05.
