After our ticket, baggage, and passport procedures, we will fly to Tokyo on Turkish Airlines flight TK198 at 02:05. After approximately 11 hours of flight, we will land at Tokyo Haneda Airport at 19:20 local time. Following our passport and baggage procedures, we will be transferred to our hotel in Tokyo by our private vehicle. We will complete check-in procedures and settle into our rooms. Overnight stay at our hotel in Tokyo.
TOKYO > October 4, 2026 Sunday (K)
After breakfast at our hotel, we begin our city tour of Tokyo. Our first stop is the Meiji Shrine, located in a lush green forest in the heart of Tokyo. This sacred site, built in honor of Emperor Meiji and Empress Shoken who played a pivotal role in Japan’s modernization, offers a peaceful atmosphere away from the city’s hustle. Next, we head to Harajuku – Takeshita Street, Tokyo’s hub for youth culture and fashion. We explore the area with its colorful shops, boutique stores, and unique street culture. Afterwards, we visit one of the most iconic images associated with Tokyo: Shibuya Crossing (Shibuya Scramble Crossing). After taking photos at one of the world’s busiest pedestrian crossings, we see the Hachiko Statue, famous for its loyalty. Later in the day, we will experience an impressive art journey at TeamLab Planets Toyosu, where digital art experiences bring light, water, and sound together in a unique harmony. This interactive exhibition, which appeals to the senses, offers visitors an unforgettable experience. Following this captivating encounter where light, sound, and space merge, we take a short stroll through the Ginza district. In the evening, we return to our hotel. TOKYO > October 5, 2026 Monday> (K)
After breakfast at our hotel, we continue our tour to see both the traditional and modern faces of Tokyo. Our first stop will be Asakusa Temple, also known as Senso-Ji Temple, one of Tokyo's oldest and most colorful temples, which is a Buddhist temple. Also known as Santa-jama (Temple of the Three Gods), this temple attracts significant interest from both tourists and locals. Built in 1649, the temple is among the rare structures that managed to survive despite the bombings in the final years of World War II. Additionally, we will have the opportunity to visit Nakamise shopping street, famous for its traditional shops and souvenir stalls surrounding the temple. Then, we take a short walk in Ueno Park. Known for its museums and ponds, this park is one of Tokyo's important green spaces. For lunch, we will have free time to explore the area surrounding the Imperial Palace, the residence of Japan's Imperial Family, and see Nijubashi Bridge, known as a photo spot. Afterward, we move on to Akihabara, famous for its electronics stores, anime culture, and pop culture shops. Here, we will experience the vibrant atmosphere of the district. After free time for shopping and exploration, we return to our hotel. Overnight stay at our hotel in Tokyo.
TOKYO - HAKONE - KYOTO > October 6, 2026 Tuesday > (K)
After having breakfast at our hotel, we will complete our check-out procedures and begin our tour with Mount Fuji, located approximately 2.5 hours away by private vehicle. In 2013, Mount Fuji was awarded a place on UNESCO’s World Heritage List; it is Japan’s highest mountain and is regarded as the country’s sacred symbol. Although often perceived as a single mountain, Mount Fuji actually consists of three separate volcanoes. Situated on the border between Shizuoka and Yamanashi prefectures, Mount Fuji is only 100 kilometers from Tokyo and can be seen even from high-rise buildings in Tokyo on clear days. After reaching the Fifth Station (note: access to the Fifth Station may vary depending on weather conditions), we will depart for Hakone town. Following a short break for lunch, we will proceed to Lake Ashi. Afterward, we will enjoy a pleasant 30-minute boat ride on a wooden pirate ship across the lake before transferring to Odawara Station. From there, we will board the Shinkansen, the world’s first high-speed train, for an approximately 2.5-hour journey to Kyoto Station. Upon arrival, we will transfer to our hotel, complete check-in procedures, and settle into our rooms. Overnight stay at our hotel in Kyoto.
Note: When departing from the hotel this morning, please bring only a small overnight bag. Our large suitcases left at the hotel will be transferred ahead to our Kyoto hotel and will reach us the following day.
KYOTO > Wednesday, October 7, 2026 > (K)
After breakfast at our hotel, we will depart and visit the Arashiyama Bamboo Grove. In this grove, which features a 500-meter walking trail, we will enjoy a walk, listen to the sounds created by the wind passing through the bamboo, and feed wild monkeys. Next, we head to Kinkakuji (the Golden Pavilion Temple), renowned for its magnificent structure covered in gold leaf. We will capture unique photos while admiring the temple's reflection in the pond. After free time provided for lunch, we will visit a kimono rental shop where we will experience one of the most colorful moments of our tour. After renting our kimonos, we will experience Japan's traditional tea ceremony. Upon returning the kimonos, we will visit Gion, Kyoto's famous geisha district. During our visit to Gion, we will see shops, restaurants, and ochaya (tea houses) where Geiko (the Kyoto term for geisha) and Maiko (Geiko apprentices) entertain themselves and shop. Following the program, we will return to our hotel in the evening with free time thereafter. Overnight stay at our hotel in Kyoto.
KYOTO-NARA-OSAKA > October 8, 2026 Thursday > (K)
After breakfast at our hotel, we visit the Fushimi Inari Shrine, famous for its thousands of red torii gates. We then move to Nara to visit Todaiji Temple, which houses a colossal Buddha statue, and Nara Deer Park, home to freely roaming cute deer. After free time for lunch, we visit Kasuga Taisha Shrine. Recognized as one of Japan's holiest sites where numerous deities are revered, this shrine attracts both devout pilgrims and guests seeking an iconic Shinto experience. Following our visit to Nara, we head to Osaka. We check into our hotel in the evening to rest. Overnight stay at our hotel in Osaka.
OSAKA > Friday, October 9, 2026 > (K)
After breakfast at our hotel, we begin our Osaka city tour. Our first stop will be Osaka Castle, one of the city's most important historical landmarks. During our walk around the castle grounds, we will capture photos of this impressive structure and learn about Osaka's history. Next, we head to Dotonbori and Shinsaibashi, two of Osaka's liveliest and most vibrant districts. With its bright signs, shopping streets, and energetic atmosphere, this area is one of the key spots reflecting the city's modern character. The day ends with a return to the hotel and free time. Overnight stay at our hotel in Osaka.
OSAKA TO ISTANBUL > October 10, 2026 Saturday > (K)
After breakfast at our hotel, we begin the final part of our Osaka city tour. First, we ascend to the Umeda Sky Building – Floating Garden Observatory, one of the city's modern architectural landmarks. From the observation deck, we will have the opportunity to enjoy panoramic views of the city. Next, we head to the Shinsekai district, famous for its retro atmosphere, colorful streets, and local flavors, where we take a short walk. Then, we visit Sumiyoshi Taisha, one of Japan's oldest and most important Shinto shrines. Known for its traditional architecture and peaceful atmosphere, this shrine is one of the finest examples of Japanese spiritual architecture. After the tour, we transfer to Kansai Airport in our private vehicle at the time specified by our guide. Upon arrival at the airport, after baggage and passport procedures, we depart from Japan at 22:10 on Turkish Airlines flight TK087.
ISTANBUL > October 11, 2026 Sunday > (K)
Arrival at Istanbul Airport at 04:55 local time and the end of our tour. We say goodbye, looking forward to meeting again on our next enjoyable trip.

About the Country
Japan is an archipelago country consisting of 6,852 islands in East Asia. The country extends from the Sea of Japan in the Pacific Ocean to the east of China, North Korea, South Korea and Russia, from the Sea of Okhotsk in the north to the East China Sea and Taiwan in the south. The kanji characters that make up the Japanese name mean "sun" and "origin". Therefore, Japan is also known as the "Land of the Rising Sun". The country is divided into 47 prefectures in eight regions. Most of the islands are mountainous and some consist of volcanoes. Mount Fuji, Japan's highest mountain, is a volcano. With a population of 126 million, 98.5% of whom are Japanese, Japan is the eleventh most populous country in the world.

This price list and program is valid until a new price list is issued and completely invalidates the previous one.
The prices in all our package programs are limited to quotas up to a minimum of 10 people, and there may be a price increase for group sizes exceeding this number. Please inquire about pricing.
In cases where ordinary passports have been issued more than 10 years ago, and other passport types more than 5 years ago, the parties acknowledge that the agency does not bear any responsibility due to its role as an operator and is not directly liable like the primary offender. At all customs-controlled exits abroad, passengers must be present at the relevant port 3 hours before the tour departure time on the day of departure. Especially guests arriving at ports or airports via domestic flights from other cities must adjust their flight times according to the required arrival time at the port. Due to this reason, any delay and/or inability to participate in the tour is the responsibility of the passenger, and Sora has no obligation to pay any compensation to the passenger. It is recommended that passengers personally complete their check-in procedures and seat selections on the airline's website 24 hours before the tour departure.
Sora acts as an intermediary between the airline and its passengers and is subject to the 28.09.1955 Hague Protocol. Flight times may change prior to the flight. All flight times must be confirmed by the passenger 48 hours before the tour departure. Passengers purchase the tour knowing and accepting that flight details may change.
Triple rooms are provided subject to hotel availability, and in such rooms, the bed allocated to the third person is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed and 1 additional bed. Since additional beds are pull-out beds and sofa beds, participants who are the 3rd person and/or children in triple room reservations are deemed to have accepted any potential crowding and bed type issues in the rooms. Child discounts apply to one child accompanying two adults in the same room and matching the age group. Due to the limited number of TWIN (two separate beds) rooms available in hotels, please verify your TWIN room request before booking.
In cases where children under 18 (not considered legal adults) participate in the tour without at least one of their parents, it is mandatory to carry the necessary consent letters throughout the entire travel period.
Panoramic city tours are 2-3 hour tours organized for city promotion and do not include museum or historical site entries; they may be scheduled on different days provided the content remains unchanged. Extra tours are conducted with a number of participants determined by the tour leader. If the number falls below this threshold, extra tours may be conducted with a price increase, and the days may be changed by the tour leader according to the flow of the program. Tours may not take place depending on weather conditions. No tours or visits are made to places where local authorities prohibit visiting or going for any reason. Sora cannot be held responsible for the inability to conduct these tours or visits.
Passengers must carry their health issues related to tour participation, pregnancy status, medications they continuously use, and relevant reports regarding these medications with them.
Tour details, airport representative, tour leader, and hotel briefings will be made 48 hours before the tour departure.
A passport is an official document, and police have the authority to deny entry to the country if the passport is damaged, stained, torn, or otherwise compromised for any reason. In such a case, the responsibility lies with the passenger.
There is no visa requirement for Turkish citizens for this tour program. Even if a passenger has a valid visa, the passport police have the authority to deny entry to the country. In such a case, all financial and legal responsibilities lie with the passenger. Please check your passport information and details.
When exiting through Turkish border gates, regardless of whether the passenger holds a Turkish or foreign passport with a valid visa, all passport types require a minimum validity of 6 months from the date of travel. Our agency does not approve passports that do not meet this condition. Sora has no obligation to pay any compensation to the passenger for inability to participate in the tour due to passports having less than 6 months of validity.
Guests who do not participate in the tours specified as included in the program are not eligible for any refund.
