After our ticket, baggage, and passport procedures, we fly to Osaka on Turkish Airlines flight TK86 at 02:00. We land at Osaka Kansai Airport at 18:55 local time. After completing passport and baggage procedures, we proceed to our hotel in Osaka with our vehicle. Following our transfer to the hotel, we complete check-in and settle into our rooms. Overnight stay at our hotel in Osaka.
OSAKA | Sunday, March 7, 2027 | (K)
After breakfast at our hotel, we begin our tour with a visit to Osaka Castle, one of the city's most important historical landmarks. During our walk around the castle grounds, we will have the opportunity to photograph this impressive structure and learn about Osaka's history. Next, we enjoy free time at Kuromon Ichiba Market, one of Osaka's most popular markets, where we can experience Osaka cuisine with fresh seafood, street food, and local snacks. After free time for lunch, we proceed to Dotonbori and Shinsaibashi, two of Osaka's liveliest and most vibrant districts. With its bright signs, shopping streets, and energetic atmosphere, this area is one of the city's key modern highlights. The day concludes with a return to the hotel and free time. Overnight stay at our hotel in Osaka.
OSAKA - NARA - KYOTO | March 8, 2027 Monday | (K)
After having breakfast at our hotel, we depart from Osaka and arrive in Nara. First, we visit Todaiji Temple, one of Japan's largest wooden structures and famous for its colossal bronze Buddha statue. Right next to the temple, we encounter friendly deer roaming freely in Nara Deer Park, feed them, and enjoy pleasant moments. We complete our visit to Nara and head to Kyoto. After arriving in Kyoto, following the free time given for lunch at Nishiki Market, we visit Fushimi Inari Shrine, known for its thousands of red torii gates. Then, we go to Kinkakuji (Golden Pavilion Temple), which captivates with its magnificent structure covered in gold leaf. We take unique photos while watching the temple's reflection in the pond. After completing our tour, we are transferred to our hotel in Kyoto. We check in and settle into our rooms. Overnight stay at our hotel in Kyoto.
KYOTO | Tuesday, March 9, 2027 | (K)
After breakfast at our hotel, we will visit the Arashiyama Bamboo Grove. We will be able to walk along a 500-meter hiking trail in the grove, listen to the sounds created by the wind passing through the bamboo, and feed wild monkeys. Next, we head to a kimono rental shop. After renting our kimonos, we experience Japan's traditional tea ceremony. Following free time for lunch, we visit Kiyomizu Temple, one of Kyoto's most iconic temples listed on the UNESCO World Heritage List. The temple offers numerous cherry blossom and maple trees that burst into colorful blooms in spring and autumn, as well as beautiful views of the distant city of Kyoto. The main hall, built without using nails alongside its stage, houses the temple's principal object of worship: a small statue of the eleven-faced, thousand-armed Kannon. After our temple tour, we will have walking time and free time in the Ninenzaka and Sannenzaka streets, famous for their traditional wooden houses, souvenir shops, and historic atmosphere. Then, we will visit Gion, Kyoto's famous geisha district. During our visit to Gion, we will see places where Geiko (the name given to geishas in Kyoto) and Maiko (Geiko apprentices) entertain themselves and shop, including restaurants, Ochaya (tea houses), and other venues. After the program, we return to our hotel in the evening with free time. Overnight at our hotel in Kyoto.
KYOTO - HAKONE - TOKYO | Wednesday, March 10, 2027 | (K)
After having breakfast at our hotel, we will complete our check-out procedures and transfer to Kyoto Station for our journey on the Shinkansen, the world's first high-speed train. After a pleasant journey of approximately 2.5 hours, we arrive at Odawara Station. Then, we set off towards Hakone town. Here, we take a boat tour on Lake Ashi aboard a pirate ship. On clear days, we enjoy the magnificent view of Mount Fuji from over the lake. Following lunch and some free time, we take a one-way ride on the Hakone Ropeway, observing the region's stunning natural scenery from above. Afterwards, we proceed to Owakudani Valley. In this valley, famous for its volcanic steam emissions and hot springs, we make a brief exploration. At the end of our tour, after transferring to our hotel in Tokyo, we complete our check-in procedures and settle into our rooms. Overnight stay at our hotel in Tokyo.
Note: Large suitcases collected this morning will be transferred via cargo to our hotel in Tokyo and will reach us the following day. Therefore, we must carry only essential items for tonight in a small bag.
TOKYO | Thursday, March 11, 2027 | (K)
After breakfast at our hotel, we begin the Tokyo Tour. Our first stop will be Asakusa Temple, also known as Senso-Ji Temple, one of Tokyo's oldest and most colorful temples, which is a Buddhist temple. Also known as Santa-jama (Temple of the Three Gods), this temple attracts significant interest from both tourists and locals. Built in 1649, it is one of the rare structures that managed to survive despite the bombings during the final years of World War II. Additionally, we will have the opportunity to visit Nakamise Shopping Street, famous for its traditional shops and souvenir stalls located around the temple. Next, we head to Akihabara, renowned for its electronics stores, anime culture, and pop culture shops. Here, we will experience the vibrant atmosphere of the area. After free time provided for lunch, we will enjoy an impressive art journey at TeamLab Planets Digital Art Museum, where digital art experiences showcase a unique harmony of light, water, and sound. Continuing our tour, we go to Odaiba, a modern entertainment and shopping district located over Tokyo Bay. We spend free time in one of Tokyo's most enjoyable areas, known for its futuristic architecture, shopping malls, and seaside views. At the end of our tour, we return to our hotel in Tokyo. Overnight stay at our hotel in Tokyo.
TOKYO | Friday, March 12, 2027 | (K)
After breakfast at our hotel, we head towards the Kisarazu area, approximately 1.5 hours from Tokyo by car. Upon arrival, we proceed to Mitsui Outlet Park Kisarazu, one of Japan's largest outlet centers. Here, we have free time for shopping in stores offering a wide range of products from global brands. After free time for lunch, we return to Tokyo and move to Ginza, one of the city's most exclusive shopping districts. In Ginza, known for its luxury stores, stylish streets, and modern atmosphere, we will have free time for shopping and exploration. Following the program, we return to our hotel in the evening with free time. Overnight stay at our hotel in Tokyo.
TOKYO - ISTANBUL | Saturday, March 13, 2027 | (K)
After breakfast at our hotel, we continue to the Tokyo Tour. Our first stop is Meiji Shrine, offering a peaceful break in the heart of Tokyo. Dedicated to the spirits of Emperor Meiji and Empress Shōken, this Shinto shrine is one of the city's most sacred sites, known for its vast forested area and mystical atmosphere. Next, we visit Harajuku, the heart of youth culture and street fashion, and the famous Omotesando Avenue. This vibrant street, renowned for its colorful boutiques, concept cafes, and energetic ambiance, reflects Tokyo's modern and dynamic side. After free time for lunch, we proceed to Shibuya Crossing, one of the iconic images associated with Tokyo. After a photo stop at one of the world's busiest pedestrian crossings, we visit Shinjuku, famous for its entertainment, restaurants, and neon lights. In Kabukicho, one of Tokyo's liveliest and most colorful districts, we take a short walk to experience the local atmosphere. At the time specified by our guide, we transfer to Narita Airport via our private vehicle. Upon arrival at the airport and after completing baggage and passport procedures, we depart from Japan on Turkish Airlines flight TK301 at 22:25.

About the Country
Japan is an archipelago country consisting of 6,852 islands in East Asia. The country extends from the Sea of Japan eastward to China, North Korea, South Korea and Russia, from the Sea of Okhotsk in the north to the East China Sea and Taiwan in the south. The kanji characters that make up the Japanese name mean "sun" and "origin". Therefore, Japan is also known as the "Land of the Rising Sun". The country is divided into 47 prefectures across eight regions. Most of the islands are mountainous and some consist of volcanoes. Mount Fuji, Japan's highest mountain, is a volcano. With a population of 126 million, 98.5% of whom are Japanese, Japan is the eleventh most populous country in the world.
Visa Information
There is no visa requirement for Turkish citizens traveling to Japan.
All passengers must have a chip-enabled passport. Old dark blue chip passports are not accepted. For this tour, a passport valid for at least 6 months from the end of the tour is required. Passengers whose passports do not have this validity period may be denied boarding by the airline. The passport police have the authority to deny entry to the country. In such a case, all responsibility lies with the passenger.

Our tour program is organized subject to a minimum participation requirement. If sufficient participation is not achieved for the package tour, it may be cancelled 30 days before departure. Cancellations due to insufficient participation will be communicated to you.
In cases where only category information is provided without specifying names in the tour program and/or options exist for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by our agency 48 hours before the tour departure.

The prices in all our package programs are limited to quotas up to a minimum of 10 people; additional participants beyond this number may result in price increases for your group. Please inquire about pricing.
In cases where ordinary passports were issued more than 10 years ago, or other passport types more than 5 years ago, the parties acknowledge that Sora, acting solely as an intermediary and not as the operator, bears no liability for service failures directly attributable to passport issues. All passengers departing internationally through customs must be present at the port of departure 3 hours prior to the scheduled tour departure time on the day of travel. Especially guests arriving from other cities via domestic flights to ports or airports must adjust their flight schedules accordingly to ensure arrival by the required time. Consequently, any delays and/or failure to participate in the tour due to late arrival shall be the sole responsibility of the passenger, and Sora shall have no obligation to pay compensation to the passenger. It is recommended that passengers personally complete check-in and seat selection on the airline's website 24 hours before the tour departure.
Sora acts as an intermediary between the airline and its passengers and is subject to the Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955. Flight times may change prior to departure. All flight times must be confirmed by the passenger 48 hours before the tour departure. Passengers purchase the tour knowing and accepting that flight details may change.
Triple rooms are subject to hotel availability; in such rooms, the bed allocated for the third person is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of one large bed and one extra bed. Since extra beds are foldable or sofa beds, participants booking triple rooms (third person and/or children) are deemed to have acknowledged potential crowding and the type of bedding involved. Child discounts apply only to one child per room accompanying two adults and matching the age group. Due to limited availability of TWIN (two separate beds) rooms in hotels, please verify your TWIN room request before booking.
If children under 18 (not legally adults) participate in the tour without at least one parent, the necessary consent letters must be carried by the individuals throughout the entire trip.
Panoramic city tours are 2–3 hour sightseeing tours organized to introduce cities, excluding museum and historical site entries. They may be held on different days, provided the content remains unchanged. Extra tours are conducted based on a participant count determined by the tour leader. If the number falls below this threshold, extra tours may still be conducted with a price increase, and their dates may be adjusted by the tour leader according to the tour schedule. Tours may be cancelled due to weather conditions. No visits or tours will be conducted if local authorities prohibit access for any reason. Sora cannot be held liable for the inability to conduct such tours.
Passengers must carry documentation regarding any health issues, pregnancy status, medications they regularly use, and relevant medical reports related to those medications.
Tour details, airport representative information, tour leader updates, and hotel notifications will be provided 48 hours before the tour departure.
A passport is an official document. Passport police have the authority to deny entry if the passport is damaged, stained, torn, or otherwise compromised in any way. In such cases, all responsibility lies with the passenger.

When exiting Turkey through border crossings, regardless of citizenship (Turkish or foreign), all passport types require a minimum validity of 6 months from the date of travel, even if a valid visa is held. Our agency does not approve passports that do not meet this requirement. Sora has no obligation to compensate passengers who are unable to join the tour due to having a passport with less than 6 months of validity.
Guests who do not participate in the included tours specified in the program are not eligible for any refund.
